mobi2weet (“mobi2weet”) respects your privacy and is committed to protecting the personal data that you may provide while using our software, web sites and services.

We currently operate the following web sites (the “Sites”):

In addition, we own other domain names that may redirect to the home page and/or content-specific “subsites” of mobi2weet. From time to time, we may add new Sites that may not be listed above, but they will provide a link to this Policy and will be governed by its terms.

We do not collect any personal information from you, unless you provide it to us voluntarily. If you decide to provide us your personal information (e.g., name, email address, and mailing address), we will only collect the personal information which is needed to fulfill your requests and our legitimate business objectives.

Memberships and Registrations
In order for you to register with mobi2weet, we require you to provide us with your twitter login information. No other information is collected. This information will not be passed on to any other third party and will remain private and protected. We respect your privacy.

Invite Friends Feature
Our Services may ask you to submit information about other people in the form of an invitation to use our application. In these situations, users are asked to provide the cell phone number of their friends. After the “Send to a Friend” transaction is completed, the information is deleted.

Sweepstakes, Contests, and Promotions
To participate in some of our sweepstakes, contests, surveys, and other promotions, you may be asked to provide additional personal information such as your mailing address. In each such case, no new personal information will be collected from you without your consent. This information may be collected by mobi2weet or by third parties such as co-sponsors or vendors for the promotion. mobi2weet’s use of any such information will be governed by this Policy. The names of third parties such as co-sponsors (other than vendors hired by mobi2weet to conduct, administer, and execute a promotion on behalf of mobi2weet) will be disclosed to you when you are asked to sign up for the promotion. Because mobi2weet is an SMS-based application, the website is purely for promotional purposes and does not store any cookies or other pertinent information on your computer or its servers.
